I had to move overseas and Xpress Relocation was the company I picked from all of the other big shippers in the country. Now I VERY SORRY!!!! The customs and the company that Xpress Relocation hired to assist me in Colombia increased my expense by $5K not counting the outrageous system to certify MY signature. Also, and according to the rep that took care of me at the Xpress Relocation it was going to be on the range of $900 to 1K only! Little I knew. Instead of sending my shipment through Cartagena it went to Buenaventura. The worst! My beautiful expensive TV Sony destroyed, my washer totally crashed, Smashed, big dents, etc. I am in the process of getting the insurance Xpress Relocation sold me to pay a fifth of the cost of them. Not only that...Many things came opened, resealed, broken, antique chairs, my printer table demolished, and many other things I don't know yet...Many things were poked, squashed, mistreated. I do not recommend this company anymore. I was told so many lies. I am totally crashed, angry, unsatisfied and totally down! THIS IS MY UPDATE!

I cannot recommend Xpress Relocations Moving & Storage enough! From the first day they arrived to pack our home until today, when they completed my son’s move to medical school in Ohio, the entire experience was outstanding.

As a mother, this has been one of the most emotional moments of my life. My son is leaving home for the first time, and knowing he’ll be away for the next four years has been incredibly difficult. During such a stressful time, having a moving company I could completely trust made all the difference.

Their team was punctual, professional, organized, and treated every item with exceptional care. Everything was carefully wrapped and protected, and I especially loved how they packed all of my son’s clothes in wardrobe boxes so they stayed on the hangers and arrived ready to be placed back in the closet. It saved so much time and made the entire process incredibly easy.

They worked efficiently, communicated well, and handled every detail with care and respect. Their professionalism gave me complete peace of mind during such an important milestone in our family’s life.

Thank you, Xpress Relocations, for making this move so smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for a moving company that truly cares about its customers and treats your belongings like their own, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Five stars aren’t enough!

This is basically about the fourth time I used this company, I think just saying that I’ve used them several times and actually more than three times it should say enough however I must express how grateful I am to have such a great company providing excellent services. They are trustworthy, they have very competitive pricing and overall provide great service. I highly recommend them, as I said, I’ve used them several times, once for my business and the other times for my personal moving as we did today. Thanks again and God bless to Express relocation services.
